CAN YOU COPE WITH HIGH VOLUME RECRUITMENT?

Yes, we have dedicated recruiters who are able to respond to large numbers of permanent or contract requirements throughout the UK and EMEA.

CAN YOU FILL VACANCIES FOR STAFF OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Yes, we have experience of placing permanent and contract teams internationally.  Our fees may differ if we are not invoicing a UK Limited company.

MULTIPLE JOB BOARD ADVERTISING SERVICE:

I ALREADY HAVE ACCOUNTS WITH SOME JOB BOARDS, CAN I USE YOUR BACKOFFICE SYSTEM TO POST MY VACANCIES AND REVIEW THE APPLICANTS IN ONE PLACE?

Yes – provided you have given the vacancy live with Our Vacancies to post (minimum £95 per vacancy for our light service), you can then use our applicant tracking system and job posting software for free using your own job board logins to advertise the same vacancy.  If you only want to use our applicant tracking system and job posting software using your own job board accounts, there is a charge of £20 per vacancy.

CAN I SHOW MY COMPANY LOGO ON THE JOB BOARD ADVERTISEMENTS?

Your company logo can be included if you purchase a branded advertising campaign – contact us for a personalised quote.

CAN I TRY YOUR SERVICES BEFORE BUYING?

Our current promotion offers a free trial for 1 week so that you can get a feel for how the service works.  This is only available to first time clients.

YOU HAVE LOTS OF DIFFERENT COMPONENTS TO YOUR SERVICES, CAN I MIX AND MATCH?

Yes, we pride ourselves on tailoring our services to suit you.  So, if you require something that is not mentioned on our website, just ask!

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET A JOB POSTED?

The same day you send us the vacancy, it will go live onto multiple job boards and you will have instant access to view candidates as they apply.

DO YOU ADVERTISE INTERNATIONALLY?

We have considerable experience of advertising vacancies across Europe and the USA in English and local languages.  Contact us for a quote if you have international requirements.

DO WE HAVE TO USE YOUR BACKOFFICE SYSTEM?  WE PREFER TO RECEIVE APPLICANT CVS BY ANOTHER METHOD

You can receive CVs automatically as they apply to an email address of your choice for free.  We can also arrange for applicants to apply via your own website or system.  There may be a cost associated with this if it requires any programming – contact us for more details.

HOW DO YOU SCREEN ALL THE APPLICANTS THAT COME THROUGH?

Your dedicated recruiter will agree with you your preferred screening process.   Note that we physically read the CVs to ascertain suitability.  Some clients like us to screen all applicants by dividing them into 3 easy to view sections of rejects, possible and definite shortlists.  Others prefer their hiring managers to do this themselves and then to arrange for us to contact only the shortlisted applicants.  Once again, we can tailor to suit you.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING:

CAN WE PASS OUR OWN APPLICANTS ACROSS TO YOU FOR SCREENING OR INTERVIEWING?

Yes – the price for this will be charged at a fixed cost depending upon the number of applicants and your exact requirements.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR ONE DAY’S RESOURCING?

Our fee is £150 per 8 hour day if you are using this as an isolated service.  Qualifying if the applicants are available/interested is included in the price, however it is worth noting that it is included in the time spent resourcing.  You can opt out from us qualifying applicants if you prefer to do this yourself.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR MORE THAN ONE DAY’S RESOURCING?

Our price per day reduces considerably if you require ongoing resourcing support.  We can quote based upon your requirements.

HOW DO I RECEIVE APPLICANT CVs FOR THE RESOURCING SERVICE?

You can receive original CVs to one email address of your choice.  You will also have access to our back office system where you can review CVs, send emails and contact applicants direct.  The email templates will be personalised to include content of your choice and your company logo.  Any variation to this may be possible – just ask us.

WE WISH TO HIRE A PROJECT TEAM CAN YOU HELP?

Yes, we can manage the entire process or components of it for you and will utilise as many of our services as are appropriate and required by you.  We can provided a personalised quote.

CONTRACT RECRUITMENT / RESOURCING:

ARE YOUR MARGINS REALLY TRANSPARENT?

Yes – the most we will charge for our contractors / resources will be 15% margin on the applicant rate.  Even if we have already agreed a fixed day rate with you, our margin will never be more than 15%.  If you wish to have the contractors /resources invoice you direct, then our fee reduces further to 10% margin.

HAPPY CONTRACTORS ARE IMPORTANT TO US – HOW OFTEN DO YOU PAY THEM?

Contractors are paid weekly upon receipt of signed timesheets – provided that we can invoice you weekly too.  Otherwise contractors will be paid the same frequency that we invoice you.

PERMANENT RECRUITMENT:

DO YOU INTERVIEW ALL APPLICANTS?

We telephone, skype or video interview all applicants before forwarding them to you.

CAN WE SEE THE VIDEO INTERVIEWS?

Yes, we will agree with you in advance which questions will be asked of the applicants and we will let you see the results to review alongside the shortlisted CVs.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND SCHEME IN THE EVENT THE APPLICANT LEAVES US QUICKLY?

We have a refund and replace scheme spanning 3 months which are included in our Terms and Conditions of Business.
